1. Overview & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastToChart service, available at fasttochart.click, its associated web application, and browser extensions (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

FastToChart is an automated AI-assisted software tool designed to recognize chart and graph images (screenshots, photos, scans, and documents) and convert them into editable chart formats, including Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (.pptx), Microsoft Excel workbooks (.xlsx), CSV files, and vector graphics.

The unit of account for extraction operations is a "credit". Each chart recognition costs 1 credit across all modes (Standard fast recognition and Enhanced deep analysis). Editing data tables, restyling visual charts, and exporting files do not consume credits.

3. Plans, Pricing, and Billing

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD, $). Current prices for the Free Trial, Pro Subscription, one-time credit packs, and the Custom Pack Builder are displayed in the Service interface and on our Pricing page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices may change from time to time; the price shown to you at checkout is the price you are charged.

Purchases of one-time packs and the Custom Pack Builder require an active Pro subscription. Purchased credits do not expire and remain usable on your account even if your monthly subscription is subsequently canceled.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your Account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to all remaining credits through the end of your prepaid billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality chart extraction. Our refund terms are as follows:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Unused Credits: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund for any unused (unspent) credits within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at n.zakharovv@gmail.com.
• Automatic Technical Refunds: If an extraction attempt fails due to an unrecoverable system or upstream parsing error, the credit deducted for that operation is automatically and instantly returned to your balance.
• Used Credits: Credits that have been successfully used to extract and render charts are non-refundable, as computational resources are consumed at the time of execution.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership and all intellectual property rights to the images you upload and the chart files (PPTX, XLSX, CSV, PNG) generated by the Service.

You represent and warrant that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to upload images for digitizing. Uploaded chart images are processed transitively solely to perform optical recognition and are not stored on our servers after processing, nor are they used to train public AI models.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our AI models achieve leading extraction benchmarks, chart digitizing involves probabilistic computer vision. Users are provided with an interactive spreadsheet preview to inspect, verify, and edit extracted numbers and labels prior to exporting.

8. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All digital product transactions on fasttochart.click are securely processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle Payments Ltd, which calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales taxes and VAT globally.
