FastToChart ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you access fasttochart.click and our browser extensions (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Uploaded Chart Images	Optical character recognition and vector graph reconstruction.	Transient only: processed in-memory during extraction, never stored permanently on our servers.

We do not collect passwords (our login is passwordless), phone numbers, or government IDs. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Image Processing & AI Privacy Guarantees

Your uploaded charts and financial graphs are treated as strictly confidential:

No Permanent Image Retention: Images uploaded for extraction are processed transitively and deleted immediately after the editable model is returned to your browser.
No AI Training: Uploaded images and extracted business data are never used to train public or foundational artificial intelligence models.
Local File Storage: Extracted tables, editable PPTX presentations, and spreadsheets reside directly in your browser session and are saved onto your local device upon export.

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

All digital payments and recurring subscriptions on fasttochart.click are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd / Paddle.com Market Ltd). FastToChart never receives, stores, or processes sensitive credit card numbers or payment details. All billing information is handled securely under Paddle's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure and Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Regardless of your geographic location, you have the right to:

Access and review personal information associated with your email.
Request the complete deletion of your account and associated transaction history.
Export your account data in a portable electronic format.
